OnPoint Community Credit Union | Good Morning, Portland
We want to show our appreciation to the community with some free coffee for the morning commuters, and give them a chance to win a $500 Visa Gift Card. Yep. Downtown has been great. We’ve had a lot of members who have come in and say that they love having us here. They’re excited, they’ve been wanting a branch down at 5th and Stark for a long time, so it’s a great branch. We’re friendly, we’re family. You know everybody that walks in is apart of the family. And we want them to feel different when they come in. Excited to be part of OnPoint, have pride when they’re walking around with their cup saying I belong here. You know we walk by and people are like: Yay, we’re so glad you’re here. What’s great with the members is that they love being a member because they feel ownership, in fact they really are, as a member there’s no stock holders, our stock holders or our share holders are our members. And I think that’s a big difference from other financial institutions. We listen to them. I think it’s beautiful. I was actually just telling a teller, this is great. My closest location before this was Lloyd Center, and I just started working downtime two months ago and I saw that you guys were opening, so I was like Perfect! We treat our members how we want to be treated. We don’t treat them just like another customer, another number walking through the door. We really want them to have that credit union experience when they walk through the door. We want them to feel the difference of what it’s like to bank with a credit union versus a bigger bank We want them to feel the difference of what it’s like to bank with a credit union versus a bigger bank We want them to feel the difference of what it’s like to bank with a credit union versus a bigger bank. Building personal relationships is what we do. Building personal relationships is what we do. Ever time I’ve had a question, they’ve been there to help me. Actually, several people have always checked in on me to make sure I was getting what I needed. I love OnPoint!
