    This kind of usury is only legal by the actions of corrupt state legislatures who pass laws allowing what they claim are 'inter-bank lending rates', exorbitant interest rates they say 'no individual will ever actually be charged'. A thin lie to cover their collusion with payday lenders. Our representatives are sworn to oppose these kind of crooked deals not grab their share of the payoffs too.
