As a division leader my job here United Wholesale is to coach my guys to put their clients in a position to be successful, to train the clients how to use our system and to coach my guys into being great leaders. You will always know what’s going on, you’ll get real-time answers to questions you may have regarding the loans and process, scenarios, turn times, anything. So, advice that I would give to a UWM broker, trust your Account Executive. These guys have so much training briefed on industry news, they’re briefed on guideline changes, they are here to help you be successful.
